Here are some steps to vote for bolt..
1. Go to OR type in URL http://04zz.com/new_plus/vote/vote.asp?username=bolt
[You will find a box in the middle of the screen.. which says \'Please enter verification code\' ]
2. Enter the number which appears on the right side of that box.
[Just beside that you will find, \' TA is determined to vote\']
3. Click on TA is determined to vote.
And thats how it is done..
Vote again again for him.. till you can vote..
